HYDROSTATIC TESTING

HYDROTESTING D.O.T high pressure 3AL aluminum,3A,3AA and 3HT steel gas cylinders and all relevant and current D.O.T. Special Permit cylinders as required by the U.S. D.O.T and Pipeline and Hazardous Materials regulations for the filling and transportation of hazardous materials.

Cylinder types
I provide testing for several different types of cylinders including Scuba cylinders Fire and Rescue SCBA Aviation emergency oxygen as well as Fire Suppression and industrial gasses. Will service paintball cylinders if delivered with the valves removed.

Specialty Services
Can perform Eddy Current testing on older aluminum cylinders manufactured from 6351 T6 aluminum as required by DOT regulations. Provide oxygen cleaning service for cylinder and valve as well internal shot blasting for rusty or contaminated steel cylinders.

AS WELL AS HYDROSTATIC TESTING WE PROVIDE INTERIOR SHOT BLASTING FOR RUST AND OXYGEN CLEANING WHERE APPROPRIATE.
